To nek bude baza , a komotno mozes se bazirati i na samo par tih osnovnih liftova. Uz to jedi kvalitetno , odmaraj i gledaj promjene ubrzo :) Kloni se sprava i mašina koliko ide. ALI ponavljam, tehnika prije svega jer bolje i sprave nego loša tehnika pa ozljeda.]]>

Samim time ce se i tijelo oblikovati a možda izgubiš i na masnom tkivu ukoliko budu trening i prehrana dobri.<br><br>Pošto puno ljudi koji dodju na forum pišu provodim to i to vrijeme u teretani, u ovom slucaju veliš 1,15h bitno je napomenuti da taj podatak baš ništa ne znaci jer možeš to vrijeme potrošiti pricajuci u teretani, radeci biceps pregib i sl. Ono kaj je bitno je nacin vježbanja , spomenuo si full body i to je super, no još bitnije je izbor vježbi, intenzitet( težine s kojima radiš), volumen(broj serija i ponavljanja)&nbsp; , pauze&nbsp; i svi ostali parametri treninga koje koristiš.tek tada ti netko može odgovoriti dal je to ok ili bi trebao nešto mijenjati <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" alt="T&#111;ngue" title="T&#111;ngue" /><br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by The Phoenix - 09&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2012 at 22:59</span>]]>
