Uglavnom, sir koji ima manje masti, recimo &lt;12%. Što se tice PWM-a sheake i banana (treba ti UH da poboljša sintezu proteina iz sheakea). E sad, je li previse to ne znam  kad nigdje ne piše kolicina.. a i koje su ti dnevene potrebe kcal?]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11684">CiXi</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6182<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2012 at 09:37<br /><br />Molim malu pomoc, ako mi možete komentirati jeli ovo OK jelovnik - pokušavam više jesti kako mi savjetovaše pa ne znam, evo npr. za danas i sutra:<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>danas:</DIV><DIV>D: zobene s malo meda i lješnjaka </DIV><DIV>MO: oko 10:30 - neka verzija cheescake (tjesto su mekinje i zobene, nadjev- posni sir i biokativ),&nbsp; 3 mandarine</DIV><DIV>MO2: oko 13:30 - jabuka, b-aktiv </DIV><DIV>R: oko 16:00 -7 dkg sira edamca, paprika i pomidora , malo dvopeka ( zato jer imam predavanja odmah poslije posla)</DIV><DIV>V: oko 21:00 - 2 jaja i blitva</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>sutra:</DIV><DIV><DIV>D: zobene s malo meda i lješnjaka i dodat cu i whey koji tek moram danas kupiti</DIV><DIV>MO: oko 11:30 - 3 mandarine i posni s interglanim kruhom</DIV><DIV>MO2: oko 14:30 - jabuka, b-aktiv </DIV><DIV>R: oko 18:00 - pileca prsa i povrce peceno zajedno u pecnici</DIV><DIV>trening od 20-22 h</DIV><DIV>V + PWM: oko 22:30 -&nbsp; proteinski shake ili posni sir </DIV><DIV>jeli previše sada?</DIV><DIV>hvala unaprijed&nbsp;&nbsp; :)</DIV></DIV>]]>
