    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11784">favorit93</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6141<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2012 at 15:08<br /><br />e ovako, imam pitanje i molio bih da mi odgovore samo oni koji imaju pravi odgovor i savjet..&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><div>imam 19 godina i sa svojih 1.81 i 63-64 kile nisam zadovoljan.. 8 godina sam bio u sportu, ali zadnjih par nisam.. nikad me nisu nesto pretjerano privacile teretana, tegovi i takve stvari nego vise volim klasicne, sportske treninge..</div><div>e da predjem na stvar, poceo sam sa insanity programom, al kome god to spomenem svima je asocijjacija mrsavljenje, a meni to naravno nije u cilju, cak naprotiv, u cilju mi je dobiti do 10 kg. treba mi savjet, mogu li ja s takvim nacinom treniranja doci do kila? kakvu prehranu trebam imat?</div><div>jos jedno pitanje, na savjet nekoga sam kupio proteine "volumass 35", da bi ostvario svoj cilj, jesu li to dobri proteini za mene? i kako ih trebam uzimat?</div><div>unaprijed hvala&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /></div>]]>
