Pojedu 2 bjelanjka odmah ujutro, nakon toga na putu za fitness ili vjezbanje popiju nas l-karnitin, bas zato da potakne metabolizam masti jer tada nece se probavljati hrana kao hrana, vec ce se hvatati na masnoce i to za energiju.<br><br>Trajanje oko 40 min, ne vise. Nakon toga popiju whey sa vodom i glukozom, nakon 45 min neki obrok prilagodjen zenama. Pa rucak, pa tako dalje.<br>Tako 3put tjedno, 2 puta ancrobno i to je u biti to.<br>]]>

Ako da, kada ga uzimati i u kojoj mjeri?<br><br>Hvala<br><br>]]>
