Ako jesi ništa cudno, pogotovo ako si odradio krivo, odnosno izgladnio tijelo. Možda si poremetio neke hormoncice i tako to...tijelo se hormonima gladi bori protiv niskog postotka masti pa te tjera da jedeš.<br><br>I ja sam imala taj problem dok nisam digla koju kilicu gore, odnosno pocela malo više jesti...tocno znam kad ce mi tijelo podivljat. Sjecam se da se nisam mogla zasitit koliko god sam jela, vjecno gladna...<br><br>A ovisi i o tome kako su ti obroci rasporedjeni kroz dan, možda se i tu da nešto popravit. Možda i ne jedeš dovoljno sada. Kad si poceo s masom, je došlo što kg vec?
