    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11660">slower9</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6092<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2012 at 16:59<br /><br />U 2 sam mjeseca sa 69 kg dosla na 62 (171 visina). razumijem da bi trebalka jos koju kilu i obzirom da nisam izjelica a odnedavno ne pijem ni alkohol, mislim da ce to ici. e sad idem u teretanu svaki dan vec 2 i pol mjeseca. medjutim sto se dogodilo, u posljednjih me mjesec dana pitaju jesam trudna. gore su se vec pocele nazirati plocice, alo ovaj donji trbuh poprilicno je napuhnut. to je salo, razumijem ali zasto me prije nitko to nije pitao, dali sam trudna kad sam bila dosta deblja i trbuh dosta veci. idem na traku uzbrdo brzo hodanje (odmah da objasnim imam jako sj... kolejno i ne mogu trcati ili cucnjeve napuni se vodom odmah). uglavnom radim traku 30 minuta, i onda radim po 200injak trbusjaka na klupi i jos 100 na onom s opterecenjem, radim po 100 lednjaka, po sto onih vjezbi za dupe, po 100 &nbsp;vjezbi za &nbsp;noge (ono stiskanje na spravi). i to su otprilike utezi od 35-40 kg. i tako svaki dan i onda sam trudna????jedem vecinom proteine, ne pijem alkohol niti gazirano (ok omakne se al nikako ne svaki dan) i to je to. gdje radim gresku?<div>hvala :)</div>]]>
