    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11203">Jean</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6091<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2012 at 10:01<br /><br />i da, nekad mi je teško jesti zdrav rucak jer mama kuha, ali pokušavam si prilagoditi rucak da bude što zdraviji, ne jedem variva sa zaprškom, umake od vrhnja, kad mama radi domacu pizzu jedem ju s mozzarelom, tikvicama, rajcicom i paprikom, kad je domaca pileca juha jedem što manje rezanaca i malu kolicinu juhe, a puno povrca iz juhe, ali nekad nemam ideju kak izbjeci nezdravo: npr. nedjeljom mama radi pecenu teletinu, kaj ja tu mogu? moram to jesti bez obzira kaj znam da je vjerojatno i meso i povrce koje se peklo s tim dobrano nauljeno. meni nije cilj imati savršeno oblikovano tijelo, bez trunke sala, tak se ponekad nekim stvarima svjesno ne odupirem. za ostale obroke se sama brinem i tu se jako trudim paziti, ali rucak nekad jednostavno pustim.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11203">Jean</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6091<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2012 at 09:41<br /><br />zato jer ju volim, zato jer me to veseli u subotu navcer, kad znam da sam cijeli tjedan pazila kaj jedem samo da bi si mogla priušiti pizzu.<br />dorucak: zobene pahuljice, bilo kuhane s medom i cimetom i sjemenkama, bilo palacinke(50gr zobenih, 2 bjelanjka, malo mlijeka, peceno bez ulja) s posnim i medom, zeleni caj<br />medjuobrok: voce<br />oko 11:30 vježbam (tak sam se navikla i najbolje mi odgovara)<br />oko 13h rucam: obavezno proteini i povrce. kad mi se jede nešto slatko iza rucka uzmem rižinu plocicu s posnim i medom, ili s maslacem od kikirijia ili samo s žlicicom meda, zeleni caj<br />oko 17h opet jedem voce<br />i navecer, posni s šnitom integralnog kruha i rajcicom, integralni kruh s abc sirom i purecim prsima, itd. ]]>
