Teško mi je govoriti pošto ne vidim kako trenutno radiš.<br>Kaj se procjene vremena tice to je isto teško reci, sve ovisi o nacinu na koji treniraš i intenzitetu istog, te prehrambenim navikama,te prijašnjem iskustvu u treningu,&nbsp; tak da to može biti 2-3 mjeseca, a može biti i puno duže.<br>]]>
