    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=26">Mr G.</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 607<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2007 at 15:23<br /><br />Da, znam dosta ljudi koji uzimaju whey i glukozu i prije treninga - samo u manjim mjerama. <br><br>Da li je nuzan obrok prije treninga?<br>Naravno da je nuzan - potrebno je nesto pojest prije treninga kako bi imao iz cega trosit energiju - jedino kod jutarnjeg kardia (kad se cilja na mrsavljenje) nije potrebno nista jest jer se onda cilja da se energija vuce iz masnih naslaga -&gt; ali i tu treba biti jako oprezan da nebi doslo do katabolizma.<br><br>Ja osobno imam jutarnji obrok zobene + corn flakes + 0,5l mlijeka i onda 2 i pol sata poslije imam trening.<br><br><br><br><br>]]>
