Sto je s cardiom? <div>&nbsp;</div><div>Drugo sest dana u tjednu treninga je po mom misljenju previse. Misici prsa i ruku zahtijevaju barem 48 sati oporavka da bi imali prostora za jacanje i rast... </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Kako je napisao Phoenix ti si sad u fazi razvoja, a na pocetku na bilo koji trening i sok misic reagira. Kako ce vrijeme ici sve ce biti puno teze i sporije Iz tog razloga pokusaj vise stvari procitati na forumu, te od pocetka pametnije i ucinkovitije trenirati. </div>]]>

Pa ja sam u 4 mjeseca uspio uduplati težinu kod bencha a ruke sam poceo raditi sa 5 kg bucice a ez 18kg sada 13.5 i 33 kg...a ledja su dobra jer ipak radim mrtvo dizanje sa 90 kg... i usput teško ce mi biti raditi full trening jer ja imam praksu 8h i još pomažem roditeljima oko kuce..pretežno bude fizikalija... jednostavno umoran sam :(</P>]]>

Otprilike smo isto godište, ako se sjecaš onog stripa tarzan ako si ga ikad imao, mislim da je bio a4 format, ili mrvu manji.Na zadnjoj stranici je bio Arnold u fotografijama kao izvodi vježbe s bucicama ili šipkom.Kao ucenje i demostracija izvodjenja vježbi u fotkama. E tu sam se prvi put primio utega , gledao te slike i vježbao po tome<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /> Volio bih sada te stripove imati da vidim i podsjetim se......<br>]]>
