   <title>HIIT i SIT :     S obzirom da se svako...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10315">Maratonac</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6018<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2012 at 19:30<br /><br /><span ="apple-style-span"="" style="line-height: 24px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; "><div><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">S obzirom da se svako malo netko javi i predloži HIIT, a da se iz prijedloga vidi da i sam ne zna što je HIIT a kamoli koliko ga treba raditi, kako izvoditi (ovo se pogotovo odnosi na one koji tvrde da primjenjuju Tabata program vec samim time što trce all-out 20s-10s program), i zbog cega se on uopce radi, stavljam malu kompilaciju osnovnih informacija (vidim da je praksa drugih prevodjenje/prepisivanje clanaka sa stranih/drugih portala; meni se ne da prevoditi a još manje kršiti copyright pa stavljam samo linkove :O).&nbsp;</font></div><div><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Pri tome moram staviti i disclamer:</font></div><div><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">1. Na stranicama se može naci pametnih stvari, ali i procitati neke netocnosti. Tek kad se sve procita, trebalo bi se shvatiti što stoji a što ne, te dobiti koliko toliko jasna slika što su to HIIT i SIT, kako se izvode, zašto se uopce izvode, u kojoj kolicini se izvode i sl.</font></div><div><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">2. Cilj ovoga je zapravo odgovoriti ljude od HIIT-a. Da se razumijemo, ne kažem da je HIIT lošiji i manje efikasan od LIC-a (nije ni bolji nego je drugaciji). Ja ga primjenjujem.
