Samo ga treba znat koristiti. Utezi oko gleznjeva previse opterecuju zglobove tako da njih nebi savjetovao za skokove i slicno. 10kg ti je sasvim dovoljno vjeruj mi. Kad budes mogao 10-tak ponavljanja sa spustanjem od 4sek onda si dobar ;). Pozz]]>

Kada ih skineš bit ceš puno brži i explozivniji isto se odnosi i na korištenje prsluka.<br><br>Za sklekove je po meni dobar (al to moš i da staviš torbu na ledja sa nekom težinom), <br>za neki hiit cardio je odlican isto kao i za bilo koji outdoor trening snage di nisi u zatvorenom prostoru a želiš izazov, <br>za zgibove ima i drugih nacina kako radit sa kilažom vece od svoje di ceš dizat sebe i puno više od 10 kila.<br><br>Ovisi koji ti je cilj? Možda ti to ni ne treba?<br>Bilo koji odgovor da imaš, nije loše imati ga :)<br>]]>
