I naravno vjezbanju...<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0"></P><P>Vjezbam kod kuce - pilates lopta, vjezbe iz pilatesa bez lopte, kombinacija vjezbi iz borilackih vjestina... Jako zanimljivo i ucinkovito<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"></P><P>Sada namjeravam na striptiz-crobic - cula sam da je zanimljivo i odlicno za tijelo, a i posluziti ce u privatnom zivotu...<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"></P><P>Hrana... Nekad naravno ne mogu odoliti kobasicama i sunki te bijelom pecivu ali to je mozda jednom tjedno..<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"> Ostale dane jedem kao i prije- svjezi sir, voce i povrce(u vecim kolicinama), meso( piletina i kadkad svinjetina), integralni kruh. 3 obroka dnevno i nisam gladna-stvar navike.</P><P>Sve u svemu i manje zdravstvenih problema dolazi sa zdravom hranom. Kod mene je to bila nadutost.</P><P>Ja sam jako zadovoljna i to mi je najbitnije<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley14.gif" border="0"></P>]]>

Naravno, ne sad odmah navaliti na kruh, ali ne treba biti ni prestrog prema UH. Meni je najbolja kombinacija: muesli sa suhim vocem ili cokoladom i lgg od jagode! Vivera i Vitalis su mi najukusniji muesli., a vocni jogurt mi bolje legne na to od obicnog. <br><br>Ako ti se ne svide ni ovi cokoladni, mislim da umjesto toga moze proci i neko pecivo od integralnog brasna sa sjemenkama ili nekaj slicno. Preporucam Mavroviceva peciva (ima u konzumu).<br>]]>
