Radi se o unutarnjim bedrima.</div><div>Isla sam u teretanu neko vrijeme, ali sada sama doma vjezbam (neke vjezbe uz ples, nije ni bitno). Zadovoljna sam za sad, ali uvijek imam isti problem, a to je gornji unutarnji dio bedara koji uvijek ostaje isti bez obzira sto mi se ostatak tijela mijenja.</div><div>Zanima me postoje li neke vjezbe koje se odnose opravo na taj dio tjela? Moram napomenuti da ne zelim ojacati bedra, nego ih suziti, jer sam primjetila da ako radim neke klasicne vjezbe za bedra, pocnu mi se cjelokupno siriti (jacati), pogotovo vanjski dio.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Da vam bolje ilustriram o cemu se radi: trebam izgubiti ove baloncice, a da pritom ne moram mrsaviti u cijelosti, jer sam i to probala, pa noge opet ostanu iste.</div><div><br></div><div><img src="http://i45.tinypic.com/sys9cp.jpg" border="0" /></div><div><br></div><div>a htjela bi da izgledaju priblizno ovako:</div><div><br></div><div><img src="http://i50.tinypic.com/2zecbo3.jpg" border="0" /></div><div><br></div><div>Zahvaljujem!</div><div><br></div>]]>
