    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11203">Jean</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5985<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2012 at 21:05<br /><br />imam 19 godina i nisam baš prava pocetnica u fitnesu, vježbam 5xtjedno po 30ak minuta kod kuce 5 mjeseci, neki svoj miks vježbi imam.. imam 58kg i visoka sam 164cm. vozim bicikl (uz ove vježbe, barem jedanput na tjedan) u trajanju od sat vremena, brzina mi je u prosjeku 20km/h, izmori me, ali nemam nikakvih problema s kondicijom u tom pogledu - brzo se oporavljam. cesto radim cucnjeve s 5 kila tereta (duboke cucnjeve). pazim na prehranu - dakle, ne pretrpavam se sranjima, jedem koji put pizzu, kolace itd.. al 1-2 na tjedan. jedino kaj nemrem je da mi dan prodje bez 1-2 keksa il reda cokolade, znam da to trebam izbacit, al polako :P<br />e sad, jel ima neko neki prijedlog, tj. plan vježbi za mene? kaj hocu: cilj mi je skinuti 2-3 kile i hocu se oblikovati, što manje sala, što cvršci i zdraviji izgled. htjela bi da vježbe traju 20-30 minuta, ubacila bih ih u svoj tjedni plan 2-3 puta na tjedan. :) <br />kaj kažete? ]]>
