I najobicniji kvalitetan obrok bi bio dovoljan, nije ovo neki intenzitet.<br><br>btw. kakav je ovo shoulder press? :) Malo mi je sve to nekako...cudno...spakiraj i prodaj <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br>]]>

Fitovci, evo moja prva stvarna tema, dragi mi je kupio muscle milk genuine CytoSport i rekao mi je da je jako dobar za konzumiranje poslije vjezbanja jel pomaze da se misic brze oporavi. <br /><br />Evo i mala tablica unosa proteina, carbs, fiber, kalorije<br /><br /> Protein<br /> 2 zlice 32 g<br />1 zlica 16 g<br /><br />Carbs<br />2 zlice 18 g<br />1 zlica 9 g<br /><br />Fiber<br />2 zlice 5 g<br />1 zlica 2 g<br /><br />Kalorije<br />2 zlice 310<br />1 zlica 150<br /><br />Zvaka zlica iznoci 32 grama, ja zmuckam 1 zlicu sa 175 mililitara vode i pijem poslije vjezbanja.
