Jedno pitanje iskusnijim fitovcima,kako si napraviti dnevni jelovnik sa odredjenim brojem kalorija? Krenila sam prije 4 tjedna na fitnes,5 puta tjedno 30 min. kružni trenig i 15 min. vježbe oblikovanja. Super se osjecam ali problem mi je meni tj. unos kalorija . Nakon treninga sam dosta gladna pa šta pojesti a da ne vratiš potrošene kalorije?&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" alt="C&#111;nfused" title="C&#111;nfused" />&nbsp; &nbsp;<div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
