I neka bude pomješan sa nekih 50-60g groždjanog šecera. S time da se pridržavaš i svega ostalog šta sam napisao, jedino nije onda toliko bitno da 2h prije treninga jedeš nešto proteinsko.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9424">Zyzz</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5902<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2012 at 22:26<br /><br />Pa nakon treninga nije nužno da piješ whey ako ne želiš. <br><br>Prije sam koristio od optimum nutritiona gold standard whey od cokolade i pio sam ga oko 1 godinu (kantu od 2 kile) jer ne prakticiram uzimanje proteina za svaki drek. Prije 2 mjeseca sam si kupio neki pure whey protein od prolaba, medjutim to je koncentrat, a ovaj prije je bio izolat što je bolje, iako ne znam kolika je tocno razlika.<br><br>Bez wheya možeš nabiti solidnu mišicnu masu i izgledati dosta dobro ako imaš dobru prehranu.<br><br>Bitno je da jedeš nešto proteinsko 2h prije treninga (neki obrok sa mesom ili šta ti vec paše), zatim 1h prije treninga rokni neš za energiju i kad dodješ doma opet jedi nešta proteinsko te prije spavanja još pojedi malo posnog i to ti je to što se tice opskrbe proteina.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9424">Zyzz</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5902<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2012 at 22:04<br /><br />Ja si prije treninga (oko 1h prije) zmiksam oko 70-80g zobenih sa 1 bananom i mlijekom i to popijem, doduše dodam i malo manje od pola mjerice wheya, ali to nije potrebno.<br><br>Takodjer pojedi i jednu bananu tokom treninga i pij puno vode, vec pocni piti dosta vode nakon obroka (zobene...), jer ti i tekucina u organizmu utjece na snagu i izdržljivost.<br><br>Tako ja radim + muzika me dodatno motivira na rad i daje mi dodatnu energiju :)<br>]]>
