Ja bi odradila na tvom mjestu 4x trening u teretani, složila neki dobar program i ostavila kardio, trcanje i plivanje i to mora ici...<div>&nbsp;</div><div>A insanity je meni ok i sve to...ali malo je preagresivan jer valjda ljudi padaju na ta silna znojenja :) NO sam izaberi ono u cemu uživaš :D</div>]]>

Što se tice nekok junk fooda &nbsp;jednom tjedno, ukoliko je sve ostalo posloženo nece nikako naškoditi. Pogotovo ukoliko je oko aktivnosti.&nbsp;]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8828">Tancho</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5857<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2012 at 22:34<br /><br />Citao sam u nekom clanku da povremeno(mislim da jednom tjedno) uzimanje neke junk hrane(pizza,pomfri i slicne stvari) dobro utijece na oporavak mišica.Zanima me jer sam u fazi definije,od sutra krecem na bazen,svaki dan oko 1h ,tri puta tjedno trcim(oko 7 km),3 tjedno radim sa utezima(trening za cijelo tijelo) i mislio sam krenuti sa Insanity programom.Prije nego sam krenuo trenirati sam cesto uzimao iz pizzerije punjenu štrucu(piletina,špinat i umak i lepinji) i pomfri,zanima me da li si smijem barem jednom tjedno to priuštiti s obzirom na dosta veliku fizicku aktivnost,inace visok sam 198cm i imam 95kg.<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Tancho - 17&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2012 at 22:36</span>]]>
