    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10705">JonnyQ</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5822<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2012 at 16:37<br /><br />Pozdrav,<br /><br />Imam pitanje vezano za koristenje suplemenata.<br /><br />Napisati cu kako ih uzimam pa ako bi sto korigirali (dodali ili izbacili)<br />na low carb sam <br /><br />Ujutro 1h prije dorucka: <br />1x cla 1000mg (MVP)<br />2 x kreatin 1100mg po kapsuli (olimp magna power)<br /><br />3h razmak<br /><br />dorucak: (obrok 1)<br />zobene 30g sa 2 mjerice whey od olimpa sa vodom<br />2x 5g glutamine (MVP)<br /><br />3h razmak<br /><br />1 x cla 1000mg (MVP) 1h prije obroka<br />300g pilecih prsa sa salatom ili nekim zelenilom (obrok 2)<br />1 x glucosamine 1000mg od olimpa poslije obroka<br /> <br />3 h razmak<br /><br />1 x cla 1000mg (MVP) 1h prije obroka<br />300g pilecih prsa sa salatom ili nekim zelenilom (obrok 3)<br /><br />2h razmak<br /><br />prije treninga:<br />1 x cla 1000mg (MVP)<br />1 x 25ml L-carnitine (Multipower)<br />2 x BCAA 1000mg (ON)<br />2 x 5g glutamine (MVP)<br /><br />TRENING 2h (30 min kardio)<br /><br />iza treninga:<br />whey od olimpa 2 mjerice sa 5g glutamine (MVP) i pola mjerice grozdanog secera (obrok 4)<br />2 x BCAA 1000mg (ON)<br />2 x kreatine 1100mg (olimp)<br /><br />1,5h nakon treninga:<br />2 x tuna 54g (rio mare - ocjedeno ulje) i salata (obrok 5)<br /><br />2-3h prije spavanja:<br />250g posni ili zrnati sir i 30g badema (obrok 6)<br /><br />pola sata prije spavanja:<br />whey (olimp) 2 mjerice sa vodom (obrok 7)<br /><br />voda, zeleni caj i od sumecih magnezij i multivitamin.<br />ako mi treba energije dodatno popijem prije treninga amino od ON<br /><br />4 dan punjenje:<br />sve isto s time da drugi i treci obrok bude umjesto salate kuhani krumpir i kuhana mrkva<br />nekad na dan punjenja bude i pizza + kakav kolac<br /><br />Eto pa ako moze koji komentar.<br /><br />LP<br />]]>
