Primi se jednog i deri po tome , a ne svako malo mjenjati mišljenja. Ukoliko ti je primarni cilj izgled i estetika onda se uhvati BB nacina treniranja , a mahanja s girjom ostavi za druge stvari jer ne vidim smisao ic radit izolacije girjom i dodat swingove i mislit da ceš postici nešto. Ako te zanima girja bavi se time jer zeljeci jedno, a radeci drugo nece dati zadovoljavajuc rezultat koji god da je.....<br>]]>
