    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7728">fancyboy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5793<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2012 at 21:08<br /><br />Prepravio sam svoju tablicu namirnica i dodao masti u izracun..<br>I dalje mi je to malo cudno.<br>Ovo je moj danasnji jelovnik u donjoj tablici, a u gornjoj je izracun koliko bih trebao cega unositi za kalorisjki deficit od skoro 1400 kcal dnevno.<br><br>prema donjoj tablici nisam ni na pola vrijednosti...a sasvim sam sit kroz dan, takoder ni na kilazi se ne primjeti da zapravo imam kalorisjki deficit od 3000 kcal..<br><br>Sto radim krivo?<br><br><img src="http://s17.postimage.org/blv9bum4v/prehrana.jpg" border="0" /><br>]]>
