Ja sam rekla šta meni ne valja i šta bi se moglo i trebalo promijenit. Ako ti je samo cilj brojenje kalorija onda se ja iskljucujem iz price jer ja gledam na hranu sa hormonskog stajališta. Tebi je ta lubenica taman ono što ti ulazi u kcal racunicu, a meni je provokator inzulina i to u najgore moguce vrijeme. Jedno je skidati kile, drugo je brinuti se o onome o cemu bi se i trebalo brinuti - postotku tjelesne masnoce, odnosno kompoziciji tijela.Šturo skidanje kila bez obzira na sve nije moje podrucje.<br><br>A što se tice vrucina i temperatura....ja vec 2 mjeseca uz jbno naporan posao i nikad vece sparine uredno odradjujem svojih 4-5 treninga tjedno - nekad i sa ocima na pola koplja i neredom u glavi. Prvih mjesec dana je to bilo direkt poslije posla, sada dodjem doma i od ležarine i treninga ODABEREM trening. Freak? Možda - al rekla bih i dokaz da se sve može AKO SE HOCE. Drugo je po meni sve izgovor, sve drugo spada pod "neda mi se" i nitko me nece razuvjerit oko toga. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br><br>I da se razumijemo...ja smatram da je prehrana najveci dio uspjeha, necu u postotke. Tako da, ukoliko ti je prehrana sredjena nece te ubit ako ne vježbaš dok se vrucine ne smanje, mada ne vidim zašto bar nebi neku šetnjicu odradila ujutro ili navecer, kada sunce nije jako. Ali moraš biti svjesna da rad na sebi u bilo kojem slucaju zahtijeva spremnost na promjene, prilagodbe, odricanja, malo stiskanja zubi.....najgore je stalno radit jedne te iste greške iz straha od promjene. Još gore je imati krive informacije.
