Problem su mi noge i straznjica, ovo ostalo bi se moglo reci da je ok samo treba malo zategnuti. Ovih dana sam pocela vjezbati neke vjezbe koje sam si nasla na youtubu, vjerojatno su vrlo ucinkovite jer me vec par dana sve boli. Ali imam osjecaj da to nije to, trebaju mi neke vjezbe gdje se puno vise oznojim al da nisu komplicirane za pratit.&nbsp;<br>Ako netko trenira preko interneta bila bih zahvalna ako bi mi preporucio koji dobar video:)&nbsp;<br><br>]]>
