Znam neke cure koje su stvarno fit i sa prilagodjenim težinama i zgibovima su radile puno sporije. Ali opet, svaka cast! Osobno sam je radio 3 puta. Nadalje, zgib i je najteži dio u cijeloj vježbi i upravo je zato jedina vježba koja je prepolovljena na x25 na pocetku i x25 na kraju. Ponavljam, za dobar rezultat je potrebno barem 10ak treninga napraviti na nacin da radite više vježbi u nizu bez pauze ili min pauze. Sretno!&nbsp;]]>

A zgibovi... zgibovi su majka za gornji dio. Mislim da bi ti mogla napravit koje ponavljanje nakon 2 Insanitija + sve ostalo. Extreme je rekao da se radi jednom. To je možda i tocno ali recimo svaka dva mj probati opet je dobar izazov. 16-18 min je stvarno teško i ne znam tko je uspio napraviti&nbsp; pravilno za 16min??? Ja sam radio dva puta i drugi put sam napravio za 17:30 (prvi 17:56) i svaki put je bilo užas. Da bi odradili ovu vježbu što brže ali naravno poštivajuci pravila morate biti na treninzima koji imaju min pauze i zaboravite treninge s velikim kilažama s velikim pauzama. Ovo je skroz druga prica.<br>Pripremajuci se za to tj raditi takvu vrstu treninga dobit cete i na snazi i na eksplozivnosti i na izdržljivosti ali i što je najvažnije dobit cete super definiciju tijela.<br>]]>
