    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=369">DrydeN</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 573<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2007 at 23:58<br /><br />&nbsp;to je samo 3 puta tjedno, a ja bi htio neki sa 5-6 dan treniranja tjedno jer volim ici u teretanu i super se osjecam nakon treninga, a kad imam 3 puta tjedno onda svaki put bi morao ostat skoro 2 sata, a htio bi svaku skupinu napravit maksimalno efikasno, a ne kad radim recimo prsa pa se vec umorim onda nemogu kako treba napravit biceps ..., a utorkom skupa s bicepsom napravim koju vjezbu i za podlakticu ]]>
