   <title>ODMOR??? : jaooo, mislim da imam vremena...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9771">LolitaInChains</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5708<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2012 at 19:09<br /><br />jaooo, mislim da imam vremena za 2 puta tjedno istu mišicnu skupinu jer idem i na one fitness programe, di takodjer radim s težinama, skoro svaki put noge, dakle svaki dan. a s tim da imam odmor od 24 h izmedju (to dovoljno?). a kak da si naštimam setove i ponavljanja da su drugaciji? pa uvijek radim po 5 serija najmanje i po 15 ponavljanja. ponekad umrem, ovisno o mišicnoj skupini <img src="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /> <DIV></DIV><DIV></DIV><DIV></DIV><DIV></DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>p.s. ne znam koliko bi mi trebao trajat trening da napravim full body, jer mi i ove 2 mišicne skupine dost dugo, a ne odmaram se više od 30sec izmedju serija, a&nbsp;ponekad ništa.</DIV><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by LolitaInChains - 09&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2012 at 19:10</span>]]>
