    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=26">Mr G.</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 566<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2007 at 11:53<br /><br />Kao pocetnik dobro je otici 2x tjedno prvih 2 tjedna da vidite kako ce misici reagirati na odredjeni tip treninga.<br><br>Nakon dehidracije odmorite par dana pa onda krenite prva 2 tjedna 2x pa onda ako cete se dobro osjecat, ako nece biti velike upale misica, krenite treci tjedan 3x ali lagano.<br><br>Ne isplati se 'naprezat' vise od 3x tjedno za pocetnike jer i misicima treba malo odmora.<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Mr G.</span>]]>

Imam 40 godina i krenula sam na fitness zbog zelje za gubljenjem tezina. Vjezbala sam nepromisljeno 5 dana uzastopno i iako sam pila dosta vode doslo je do dehidracije organizma prije tri dana. Sada se dobro osjecam te me zanima sljedece - koliko pocetnik moze ici tjedno na trening i koliko se nakon ovog dogadjaja moram odmarati. Radim kruzni trening, vjezbe zagijravanja i istezanja te sve vjezbe 3xš5]]>
