Ujutro (oko 10 sati) jedem zobene pahuljice sa bananom, mlijekom i bademima ili jecmene pahuljice sa medom.<br>Za rucak (oko 14h) jedem neko meso i rižu ili blitvu sa krumpirima i obavezno neka juha.<br>Za veceru pojedem neku povrtnu juhu i meso. Tako mi otprilike izgleda prehrana.<br><br>Što se treninga tice, vježbam svaki dan. <br>Jedan dan radim prsa i noge, drugi dan trbuh i noge itd...svaki dan radim razlicite vježbe, tako da se skupina mišica koja je radila prethodni dan, odmori.<br>Vježbe radim po 3 serije, 10 ponavljanja. <br><br><br><br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10116">Ivana89</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5657<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2012 at 10:06<br /><br />Pozdrav svima!<br><br>Nova sam na forumu pa da se eto predstavim :)<br>Vježbam aktivno svaki dan u teretani (po sat i pol) vec 3 mjeseca.<br>Visoka sam 167cm i imam 58kg.<br>Rezultati se itekako vide, pogotovo zato što nemam viška kilograma. Gornji dio tijela je bolje "izradjen", dog donji, guza i noge, slabije.. To ce ocito trebati više vremena.<br>Želja mi je imati plocice na trbuhu, ali problem je što radim sjedeci posao pa nekako teže ide taj dio.<br>Imate li neke savjete u vezi toga?<br><br>Pozzzz<br>]]>
