    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=267">DarkGift</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 563<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2007 at 18:18<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Dali sam promasio trening za masu?</P><P>Radim cjelo tjelo i to na:</P><P>4-5 sprava(razlicitih) s tim da imam otprilike 25-30 serija sa po 8-š2 ponavljanja u trajanju od 55 minuta na nacin npr.:<BR>Prsa Bench </P><P>Zagrijavanje 20kg - 20</P><P>44kg - š2,š2,š2</P><P>58kg - 8,8,8</P><P>sa pauzama izmedju serija od š minute a opterecenje je takvo da mi na prvoj seriji bas nije lagano a na zadnjoj dajem sve od sebe . Ukupno ajmo reci (65-95%) kroz sva ponavljanja.</P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>

Ovdje cu napisati oblik treninga jer tamo ne bih smio posto je rasprava o prehrani. naime kao sto rekoh cilj mi je povecanje misicne mase 5-6kg. Moje mjere š95cm, 95kg, 25 godina.</P><P>Trening:</P><P>pon:&nbsp;&nbsp; prsa, biceps, trbuh</P><P>srijeda:&nbsp; noge, ramena</P><P>pet:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ledja, triceps, podlaktica, trbuh</P><P>Intenzitet: 75-90% od š RM, br. serija po vjezbi: 3, br. ponavljanja po seriji: š2-3, br. vjezbi po treningu: 7-š0</P><P><IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P><P>&nbsp;</P>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by pere</span>]]>
