    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8722">malee</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5621<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2012 at 13:09<br /><br />Cinjenica je da se s elasticnošcu zglobova vježbaca, odnosno sportaša u pravilu i povecava broj ozljeda.<br />Ekipa koja celom dira koljena, stavlja noge iza glave i sl. najcešce ima problema s tetivama i ligamentima jer u tom slucaju mišici moraju biti jaci kako bi podnijeli širi opseg pokreta.<br />S druge strane sportaši koji jedva vrhovima prstiju ruku taknu koljena najcešce nemaju nekih bitnijih ozljeda, ali im je ogranicen opseg pokreta i smanjena eksplozivnost.<br />Ovo govorim cisto iz svog nekakvog iskustva koje se temelji na 15 godina bavljenja sportom.]]>

Takodje i od nasih ciljeva zavisi koliko cemo potrositi na istezanje.<br /><br />Ne znam kako moze istezanje pre treninga uticati na ozledu tokom treninga, u nekim stvarima cak moze i pomoci, ali opet, mnogo zavisi i od same fizicke aktivnosti.<br /><br /><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Morrighan - 14&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2012 at 17:48</span>]]>

Prije treninga mi ne odgovara, jer su mi mišici još malo ukoceni. Drugi par rukavica su treninzi u potpunosti bazirani na istezanju, ali to rijetko radim (stretching, lagana joga, itd.)]]>
