Malo potrazite na netu sto je dobro jesti prije i poslje treninga i to je to... Znam da se u PWM uzme glukoze, ja stavim oko 3 velike zlice, sto je mislim sasvim dovoljno, jer ona ipak sluzi da tijelo ne preradjuje proteine za energiju vec te ugljikohidrate. Procitao sam na netu da prema kraju dana treba jest vise proteina, a manje ugljikohidrata, pa tako za taj obrok od 2 sata nakon treninga bi meni ispao oko 22h sto mislim da je ipak dosta kasno s obzirom da idem spavati oko 23h, a tad si popijem shake mlijeko + whey.</P><P>Za ovaj obrok u 4h mi se jako svidja tvoja preporuka i mislim da cu je iskoristiti. Thnx.</P><P>Energetsku vrijednost nisam izracunao, jer ne da mi se zamarati time. probat cu ubacit jos malo ugljikohidrata.</P><P>U Svakom slucaju HVALA TI na tvom misljenju. <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13">©ime</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 562<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2007 at 14:17<br /><br /><br>koliko sam ja upoznat, 2 sata nakon treninga je dobra prilika za obrok bogat ugljikohidratima... tjesto, riza, zobene...<br><br>za obrok 4h:<br>zobene + polumasni jogurt + lanene sjemenke<br>bolje je, jer nije preradjeno i nema secera.<br><br>jesi izracunao energetsku vrijednost (kalorije)... nekako mi se cini da nema tih 3000 kalorija koliko je recimo potrebno za dobivanje na masi... premalo ugljikohidratnih obroka, sve neko povrce i bjelancevine, to ti je za mrsavljenje.<br><br><br>]]>

Naime cilj mi je povecanje misicne mase za jedno 5-6 kg. Visok sam 95cm, tezak 95kg i imam 25 god.</P><P>Prehrana:</P><P>dorucak&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 7h musli (s dodatkom badema, ljesnjaka, oraha, grozdjica) + 2.5dcl mlijeka s 0.9% mm +  velika zlica wheya</P><P>medjuobrok&nbsp; 9h 2 jabuke, banana, mandarina</P><P>medjuobrok&nbsp; h salata od tune (s grahom crvenim, svjezom paprikom, paradajzom, kiseli krastavac i sampinjonima) + 2 snite integralnog kruha</P><P>medjuobrok&nbsp;&nbsp;4h corny od 50g + Jogobella drink 330g (koja sadrzi 29% sirutke) moja preporuka jako fino i ukusno</P><P> rucak&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;& amp; amp; amp; nbsp;6i30h svaki dan razlicito naravno, a tu je: rizoto plodovi mora, blitva s krompirom + leso srdele, kuhano razno povrce s junetinom, pileca prsa s rizom, itd</P><P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 8i30h teretana, poslje odmah PWM: 2 zlice wheya + 3 zlice glukoze + 3dcl vode</P><P>vecera&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 20i30h 250g svjezeg posnog sira + paradajz + 2 zlicice maslinovog ulja + origano + 2-3 integralna krekera</P><P>prije spavanja&nbsp;23h 3dcl mlijeka s 0.9% mm + .5 zlica wheya</P><P>naravno tokom dana 4-5 litara vode.</P>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by pere</span>]]>
