    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9215">angel-ozil</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5583<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2012 at 23:03<br /><br />Bok imam 16 god. 185 cm i 75kg imam jako dobro razvijene trbušnjake i vide mi se ali bih želio puno bolje.Treniram nogomet 4x tjedno ,3x tjedno trbušnjaci i trebao bi mi savjet oko prehrane.Ujutro jedem zobene s nemasnim mlijekom i jednu bananu zatim u školi sendvic od sira i cajne salame zatim 3 do 4 jaja,za rucak razno meso i povrce za veceru nutella ili light jogurt.Jedem dosta banana i jabuka. Bilo koji savjet za prehranu bi dobro došao!!! i ne volim posni sir]]>
