    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9205">martinka</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5572<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2012 at 12:07<br /><br />pozdrav! pocela sam vježbati kod kuce prije nekih mjesec i pol dana, i zadovoljna sam rezultatima! vjezbam pon sri i pet. ovako nekako izgleda trening: cucnjevi, iskoraci, mrtvo dizanje po 2/3 serije od 12/15 ponavljanja, vjezbe za ruke, trbuh i jos neke vjezbe za noge radim uz gledanje tracy anderson na youtubu.  zanima me jel normalno da i nakon mjesec i pol imam upalu misica (ne jaku)? nije da mi smeta, barem znam da sam nesto i napravila... hvala :)]]>
