Ne možemo reci je li ono zadnje ponavljanje (ili više njih) napravio vježbac ili pomagac, dok guma na primjer pomaže uvijek približno jednako i kod 1. i kod 5. ponavljanja. Takodjer, lako je znati jesmo li zaista sami napravili ono zadnje ponavljanje...]]>
