    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9833">Mortair</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5557<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2012 at 21:15<br /><br />Pozdravljam, pisacu kratko , jer toliko i vremena imam, znaci potrebna mi je pomoc oko sastavljanja plana za slijedece :<div><br></div><div>~Imam 20 dana,da dobijem snagu/sposobnost da uradim slijedece&nbsp;</div><div>-50 sklekova</div><div>-50 trbusnjaka</div><div><br></div><div>Trenutno sam u losoj formi(usljed konzuimiranja ogromnih kolicina alkohola/cigareta xD),isto tako,u odmornom stanju,mogu uraditi:</div><div><br></div><div>-28 sklekova</div><div>-30 trbusnjaka</div><div><br></div><div>Znaci,jako mi je bitno da postignem tu formu, u 20 dana,iz razloga sto se prijavljujem na konkurs koji zahtjeva isto..motiv mi je jak,tako da sam odbacio cigarete i alkohol..</div><div><br></div><div>Ukoliko mi mozete pomoci sa programom,kako da iskoristim tih 20 dana, bio bih vjecito zahvalan.&nbsp;</div><div>vremena imam do 19.04.2012...</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Hvala unaprijed...</div>]]>
