Izolirati mišić prsa je teško pogotovo za početnika...dok ne skužiš pravi raspon i pokret... no i tada sutjeluje i triceps i rame koje guraju ...</div><div><br></div><div>A puni pokret prsa...možeš iskoristiti za izolacijskom vježbom..i dati kompletnost treningu prsa...zato ne pretjeruj sa kilažama kod složenih vježbi za prsa...ja osobno ne radim sa velikima..jer pazim što manje izložiti stres na rame i triceps...</div><div><br></div><div>A izoliranje je jako potrebno kod prsa :)&nbsp;</div>]]>

Isto tako možeš ih ubacit u danima odmora ako osjetiš recimo da si odradio leđa al da baš taj jedan dio leđa nisi osjetio da radi kako spada i da ga nisi pogodio kako treba eeeeee onda odabereš vježbu izolacijsku za taj specifični dio tijela i dovršiš. Isto tako se može koristiti čisto za pump i za rehabilitaciju kada i ako je nužno potrebno<br>]]>
