    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9717">dodo2995</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5517<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2012 at 21:50<br /><br />U redu ;) Hvala :) ..nemam neki extra plan prehrane, tj trudim se jest sto kvalitetnije i vise, udaram po mesu, jajima, posnom siru, riži, tijesti i tako tom...trening mi se sastoji ugl od tih jednostavnih vježbi, jedino cucanj i bench ne mogu radit posto nemam doma stalak za to ali ubrzo cu smislit nesto (radim mrtva dizanja, potisak iznad glave, veslanje u pretklonu te bickps pregibe) a sto se tice izolacijskih vjezbi volim pumpat bicepse pojedinacno ;) .. prsa radim sa sklekovima a noge vise snaga explozivnost jer nemam na sto odlozit sipku pa da radim manje ponavljanja za masu.. samo me zanima kako da izracunam koliko kalorija mi je dnevno potrebno? Ekto sam ali ne radim nikakve anaerobne vjezbe.. Koliko otprilike UH, M i P dnevno da unesem posto sam dobio malo masti kroz zadnju god dana?? Vrlo malo tek da se vidi, ali nista strasno! Evo to su moja zadnja pitanja i puno zahvaljujem... :))]]>
