Cilj ti je sasvim OK, rekao bih realan. Kombiniraj treninge sa utezima i crobni trening (bicikl, traka, orbitrek, brzo hodanje). Recimo 3 x tjedno sa utezima i 2 x crobno. Mozes i cesce ali ne pretjeruj. </P><P>A za pyruvat kazen da je to samo bacanje para,nece ti nista pomoci. Sve je to laz.</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=31">na dijeti</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 55<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2006 at 07:20<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Ukratko:</P><P>30 godina,š70 cm visine,viska skoro 40 kg (po lijecniku).Cilj:smrsaviti <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0">.Krenula sam u teretanu za sada 3x tjedno,oko 90 min i od toga 50-60 crobno na traci i orbitracu.Dobila sam preporuku za pyruvat i l-carnitin u kompletu jer je pyruvat odlican (navodno)kod extremnih slucajeva kao ja.Prosli trening sam odradila sa ampulom l-carnitina (poklonio mi trener <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0">)i osjecala sam da mi je nekako lakse odraditi crobni dio.Dali da to kupim ili ne??Prehrana mi je nesto izmedju Montignaca i South beach (jedem smanjeno ugljikohidrate i to najvise povrce,integralno tijesto i riza,meso,mlijecno,riba i malo voca).</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>
