    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9188">pepperedangus</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5494<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2012 at 20:33<br /><br />200g za 3,50 sam ja uzima, i pretpostavljam da si i ti iz splita, na malom pazaru refužo. isplati se više od dex, a i ima drugih marki osim francka koje su jeftinije (2kn za 100g), i opet ti izadje jeftinije. al bez obzira, taj P+UH unos bi triba bit iz hrane, a ne iz shake-a, zato je više manje svejedno kako se pije, bar po meni, al bi bilo dobro ili sa dex ili sa groždjicama u slucaju da nije u mogucnosti jest u roku od 1h iza treninga.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9188">pepperedangus</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5494<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2012 at 18:29<br /><br />200g groždjica košta 3,50 kn, a na 100g je oko 80g UH, dakle eto da se zaokruži 150g u cijelom pakovanju + kalij, kalcij, blabla... ne vidim kako to izadje skuplje ako je dex. 500g u DM'a 13kn (150x3 = 550 = 10,50 kn).<br /><br /><br />mali edit - svako normalan pojede iza treninga neke UH+P, a ne samo shake, zato sam i reka da nije pre pre pre bitno ga sa UH popit, a i ako ga miksa s mlikom, od mlika isto skupi UH.<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by pepperedangus - 27&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2012 at 18:32</span>]]>
