Biljni proteini su losije iskoristivi od zivotinjskih- slabije su probavljivi <br>2. Biljni proteini najcesce imaju puno manju proteinsku vrijednost (odnos 9 esencijalnih aminokiselina onako kako ih tijelo treba)- izuzetak je krompir<br>3. Da bi se unijela dovoljan kolicina proteina biljnog porijekla, mora se unijeti povelika kolicina namirnice, sto opet daje ogromnu kolicinu ugljikohidrata...<br>Po meni, puno bolji izbor proteina su zivotinjski proizvodi- od jaja, preko mesa do mlijecnih proizvoda... Bilje vise posmatram kao izvor dobrih UH, vitamina, minerala, vlakana i antioksidansa.<br><br>]]>
