    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9587">CRO COP</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5475<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2012 at 21:03<br /><br />evo dali je ovaj program ok?Dakle trenirao bi 4x tjedno..SKLEKOVI: 15 SERIJA X 15 (sklekovi s nogama  na necem povišenom(npr. stolica), ''triangl sklekovi'', te obicni sklekovi (kombinacija uskih i širokih)ZGIBOVI: 10 serija po 8 (kombinacija ''pull ups'' i ''chin ups'')CUCNJEVI: 10 serija po 10PROPADANJA 10 serija po 10TRBUŠNJACI: 4 serije po 50-60i još imam onu šipku s oprugom po sredini (ona se savija te se tako jacaju ruke te u manjoj mjeri prsa..s njom napravim 5-6 serija po 20...+ za koji tjedan krecem s trcanjem (3x tjedno..pocetna ruta 2,5km...jer nemam bas neke trkacke kondicije..)]]>

Osnova su: sklekovi / bench press, cucanj, deadlift i zgibovi.</div>]]>
