JA se cijeli život bavim sportom...bez proteinskih dodataka...imam 40 god i majka sam 13 god djecaka. Nakon 4 mj od poroda imala sam isto cvrsto tijelo kao i prije..U trudnoci sam umjereno trenirala..a onda pa sve do sada nastavila trenirati...i nikada nisam trošila novce na proteinske dodatke...jer sam pažljivo proucila namirnice koje imaju dovoljno proteina za održavanje moje mišicne mase...sastavila sebi jelovnik koji volim i koji mi je potreban ....a uz to naucila puno toga o sastavu namirnica. Da ne spominjem Atkinsovu djetu koja mi je pomogla nakon poroda...Mislim da svatko mora osluškivati vlastito tjelo i pronaci sebeu treninzima i prehrani..jer tek tada je i tijelo zadovoljno a i naša duša...a rezultati su...uh, moji trbušnjaci i ostatak tijela u 40- ima....zadovoljna ]]>

Bitno je da zadovoljis kalorijski unos potreban razini tvojih aktivnosti i cilju kojem tezis i naravno da ta hrana bude sto kvalitetnija.Isto tako, ako ti odgovara mozes jesti i 5-6x, posao i ostale obaveze nisu prepreka ako vecer prije pripremis sve obroke i poneses na posao one koje ti upadaju u tom periodu..Dakle skuhas jedan obrok , nazovimo ga rucak, skuhas vise toga i pojedes u 2 obroka na poslu.Kad ti se desi da ne stignes skuhati ili ti se neda poneseš u shakeru npr sameljene zobene i whey i neku vocku ili tak nekaj.]]>

Ja sam zaposlena žena od 45 godina, sa dvoje djece i mužem i brdom kucnog posla i zanima me ima li tko kakav pametni dnevni jelovnik za mene. Napominjem da ne idem u teretanu ali vježbam svaki dan kod kuce oko 30 minuta jer imam prilicnih problema sa kralježnicom. Nemam zamjetni višak težine ali štošta bi se, po mom mišljenju, moglo promjeniti, zato molim malo manje ovakvih nerealnih clanaka, a više pomoci za nas obicne, zaposlene, prosjecne ljude. Sa zahvalnošcu prihvacam i sve dobronamjerne i konstruktivne kritike !]]>

Hvala na savetima sada cu jesti belanjka i posni sir malo vise nego obicno i obicno sam ga jeo dok ne odobre proteine ali morace kad tad :) ]]>
