    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11205">krox</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5460<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2012 at 10:12<br /><br />napisem si cjel itrening ovde i zajebem obrisem...., neda mi se opet pisati... kombiniram   nesta slicno i ja , skip u mjestu , boksanje su tipa aerobna a izmedju toga radim po 3,4 misicne grupe 10 - 15 ponavljanja za svaku grupu,radim manej grupe misicne sa utezima a za vece radim cucnejve zgibove, sklekove,  cilj je sto kraca pauza, da bude jako intenzivno.......tipa ledja ramena biceps trbusnjaci.... noge prsa triceps trbusnjaci....i tak oradim 4 puta tjedno , po dva puta svaki program , oko 45 min traje  i krepam od bola... nevezano za to radim jos 2 stolnoteniska treninga tjedno, jednu biciklijadu dvije od oko 15-20 km, cjepam drva i jos ponekad nesta slabiejga intenziteta, volim se forsirati jer bez znoja i muke nema ni jaki i eksplozivni misica, ni rezultata, nisam bakica, volim se gaziti...]]>
