zasto? 
pa sto se dogadja prilikom rada sa utezima? luci se testosteron.
a on je zasluzan za? rast i razvoj.
ono sto ce klincima usporiti rast jest konstantno forsiranje na trcanje gdje zglobovi dobijaju svoju porciju.
