    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9441">animal87</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5444<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2012 at 22:05<br /><br />to je ono famozno pitanje...jeli moguce istodobno dobivati na misicnoj masi,a pritom gubiti masne naslage...odgovor je DA,a u praksi je to jako tesko izvedivo.<DIV>kvalitetnu defku treba odraditi sa cim vecim gubitkem masnog potkoznog tkiva,sala,cega god i napraviti sve da izgubimo cim manje misica.</DIV><DIV>u BB literaturi cesto nalazim kako je moguce jedno i drugo,ali to se konkretno bazira na programima profica i njihovi primjeri...</DIV><DIV>ako radis masu znaj da ces dobit sala...ali treba radit na tome da se dobije cim manje sala (jesti kvalitetne uglj, pazit na masti...ali da si u kalorjskom suficitu.)</DIV><DIV>ako radis definicju treba gledat da izgubis sto manje misicne mase (ne kardiat u besvjest,ne unosit samo P i ne pomisljat na nista drugo..)</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>jedini odgovor koji bi ja ponudio jest da nakon teskog treninga sa utezima, kada je potrosena najveca kolicina glikogena,da se odradio cardio niskog inteziteta, i nakraju tog cardia trebao bi biti odmorniji u odnosu na kraj treninga sa utezima.</DIV><DIV>zasto? zato jer su glikogenske zalihe potrosene i tjelo se prebacuje na potrosnju sala.</DIV><DIV>znaci prema toj teoriji moguce je...:)</DIV>]]>
