Volim vjezbe tipa zgibovi, razboj,trbusnjaci, sklekovi nesto kao " hannibal king" (mislim da se tako zove)i sve ostalo sto mogu da uradim sto se tice prirodnih vjezbi, naravno skokovi u vis,u dalj,u mjestu,preko konopca,voznja biciklom , trcanje itd. &nbsp;]]>

Imam pitanje koliko je normalno kod covjeka da brzo mrsavi i brzo deblja, ja sam vjerujte za mjesec dana skinuo 10 kila &nbsp;i to prije 2 do 3 godine. sa 90 na 80 kako ni sam ne znam ? Sad sam od relativno zgoljavog tjela za 25 dana (sa i po tri treninga dnevno ) napravio&nbsp;</p><p>Ramena 49:50</p><p>Biceps 37</p><p>Opseg prsa &nbsp;110</p><p>Bokovi 101</p><p>Stomak 94</p><p><br></p><p>Inace visok sam 189cm.</p><p>Isto me zanima da li sad kako dalje da li da se vise koncentrisem na masu ili da vise radim definiciju. Inace planiram da nastavim da treniram MMA ili neki drugi borilacki sport? Samo jos da napomenem da u teretanu nisam ni usao, sve sam radio prirodne vjezbe.</p>]]>
