    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9448">josip2303</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5428<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 18:38<br /><br />visina: 188cm, masa: 90kg....ne bavim se previse aktivnostima i vecinu vremena provodim u naslonjacu za kompjuterom..od previse sjedenja krenulo se slagati u predjelu trbuha i na bokovima masno tkivo...zanima me na koji nacin bi to bilo najefikasnije rijesiti, koji tip treninga za pocetnika...obicni kardio ili hiit ili nesta trece....i koliko puta tjedno i vremenski trajanje...do sad nisam vodio previse racuna o prehrani i ne razumijem se previse u fitness...hvala unaprijed na savjetima...]]>
