Zanima me što se zgibova tice treba li raditi zgibove sa dlanovima okrenutim prema sebi ili su ovi normalni dovoljni ? jer prenaporno bi bilo to sve odraditi<br>Što se ostalog tice,jesu li vježbe i raspred u redu ?<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Super Junior - 29&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 15:25</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9411">Super Junior</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5412<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2012 at 14:38<br /><br />radim za prsa bench sa kosom klupom, i na ravnoj klu pi za prsa radim još : potisak na ravnoj klupi bucicama,letenje(razvlacenje) bucicama na ravnoj klupi te pulover bucicom na ravnoj klupi...sve to odradim 3 serije po 10 ponavljanje....prvo radim potisak bucicama,onda letenje,zatim pulover i na kraju bench press..<br><br>od vježbi za ledja na pocetku prvo napravim zgibove sa širokih hvatom do otkaza...onda radim ovu vježbu :&nbsp;&nbsp; http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/BackGeneral/DBBentOverRow.html&nbsp;&nbsp; prvo jedna pa druga ruka,zatim mrtvo dizanje sa bucicama za donji dio ledja,zativ slijeganje ramenima za trapez,pa onda normalno mrtvo dizanje.<br><br>jeli taj raspored i izbor vježbi dobar ?<br>]]>
