    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=5103">pjerka</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5407<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2012 at 05:10<br /><br />evo procitala sam i ja svih 10 strana, jer pokusavam skontati kako i sto jesti, <br />pokusala sam sama, ima nekih mjesec dana i iako nisam smrsavila, bar se nisam udebljala, sto mi se redovno dogadja u zadnje vrijeme<br />ako neko ima strpljenja malo mi pomoci bila bi zahvalna<br />dakle, 42 g, 102 kg i 176 cm<br />u zadnjih 2 godine sam se zdebljala  preko 20 kg, prvenstveno zbog promjena posla,  tako da sada sjedim po 10 sati na poslu, <br />imam problema s koljenima, pa puno vjezbi tipa iskoraka i cucnjeva jednostavno ne mogu raditi, a i malih problema s ledjima pa ne mogu ni trcati <br />pocinjem s gymom u subotu - oni imaju razne grupne vjezbe ( to volim) od joge i pilatesa do satova sa biciklom i plesom i utezima <br /><font color=blue>sto bi bilo korisno i najbolje za pocetak uzeti, mogu ici samo 3 puta sedmicno (takav je paket)<br /></font><br />setam psa svaki dan 40 min do 1 sata<br />sto se tice hrane, ujutro pojedem skinny b cereal 2 zlice sa mlijekom samo da pokrije (to je izmjesani chia seeds, heljda i hemp hearts) i dodam zlicu samljevenih lanenih sjemenki i zlicicu lecitina (mislim da je to soja) jer nemam zuc, pa mi to pomaze<br />i kava sa mlijekom <br />u 11 sati do 1 mogu rucati (na poslu) <font color=blue>sto jesti</font><br />uvijek ima salate i neko povrce (to obozam i uvijek napunim tanjur), jaja, svaki dan drukcija juha <br />ja ne jedem kruh, ni krompir, ni pastu<br />i onda opet popijem kavu oko 3 <br />neko voce oko 5 <br />i najveci je problem kad dodjem kuci<br />sto jesti navece, <br />i moj su problem slatkisi, sad ih izbjegavam i to mi je najteze, jer cim ih vidim jedu mi se, ali sam puno puno smanjila i sad cu skroz, <br />nisam ljubitelj mesa uopce, <br />eto ako se kome cita ovo sve, svi savjeti su vise nego pozeljni]]>

U jelovnik sve cešce ubacujem ribu... oslic, aljašku kolju...
